Category for Starlight Tree.

Starlight Tree is a race of creature in the Light Civilization.

Nomenclature

Most Starlight Trees have "Grass", "Tree" or "Flower" on their names, with the exception of those being paired with Initials. Most Starlight Trees are of a defensive nature, with many of them being blockers or having shield-related abilities.

Gameplay

While Ruby Grass, Senatine Jade Tree and Pulsar Tree were reprinted in DM-18 Best Challenger, there have not been any new Starlight Trees added since DM-08.

However, they returned in DMD-26 along with other seemingly forgotten races. But it's mixed with Cyber Lord so there are still no creatures with only the Starlight Tree race past DM-08 at that moment.

However In Revolution Final, Starlight Trees are the support race of Light Initials and are based on psychedelic drugs, making this the first time where they had a role in the card game.

Story

Starlight Trees are one of very few wildlife races in the Light civilization. Varied in size and shape, these gregarious plants float in the air, emitting a faint light. Each Starlight Tree is magnetically charged to attract other Starlight Trees while repelling other races. Since Starlight Trees produce a sizeable magnetic field, Light Bringers grow them around the cities as natural barriers. In addition, Starlight Trees absorb toxins and gases and release energy back into the atmosphere for the benefit of others.

Support

Starlight Trees don't feature any support cards or evolution creatures.
