Mad Romanoff, the Wicked God and Rock Romanoff, the Wicked God both feature the Fire Civilization.
They often feature the race of Dark Lord, Knight or Zombie Dragon as well as being part of the "Demonic Eye" group of cards.
Many of the "Romanoff" cards feature effects that center around placing cards into a player's graveyard, as well as casting spells from the graveyard.
It is referenced in flavor text that that Romanoff the 1st, Lord of the Demonic Eye is the ruler of the "Demonic Eye" group, which the "Romanoff" family of creatures likely rule over.

These cards are named after the House of Romanov who were the second and last imperial dynasty to rule over Russia, reigning from 1613 until the February Revolution abolished the crown in 1917.
The name is pronounced as "[rɐˈmanəf]", so both the literal "Romanov" and translated version "Romanoff" are correct.
