Prince Maurice is a member of P.L.O.O.P. appearing in the Sacred Lands season of the Duel Masters Anime.
Story line

He first appeared at the outskirts of the Darkness Civilization land in a hotel where Shobu, Rekuta, Jamira and Kokujo were having a bath in hot springs. He was scaring everyone in the hotel with his Bloody Squito but Kokujo finally challenged him before Shobu for a duel and he lost against Kokujo.
Prince Maurice went to the Valley of the Dim as being a Hollywood director and asked the locals he wants to make a movie in their mines and also to keep this a secret because he do not extra information to be leaking into the public and the locals accepted the deal because they thought even though it will hurt their economy but they will get paid a lot in the end which will make every thing ok. But he lied and started releasing Deathliger, Lion of Chaos, Diablost, the Shady General, Gigargon, Trox, General of Destruction, Phantasmal Horror Gigazabal, an army of Bloody Squito, Propeller Mutant and Ballom, Master of Death with his Dark Amulet Deck case to destroy there whole town. He also helped in the research to make the Amulet deck case into the Dark Amulet deck to make the creatures go berserk and also to mass produce the deck cases as well.
He also turned both Jack and Jake the twin brothers into evil with the dark energy of the Dark Amulet Deck Case to defeat Shobu before he gets into the Darkness civilization land by telling them that they will receive the Dark Amulet Deck case and they will be part of the P.L.O.O.P. army and a Movie Star as well.
He also helped in succeeding the grand plan of the P.L.O.O.P army. He later dueled against Kokujo with all the other P.L.O.O.P and lost against him.
