Prince Eugene is the leader of P.L.O.O.P. and the main antagonist of the Sacred Lands season of the Duel Masters Anime.
Plot

He first appeared in the Fire Civilization land and encountered Shobu in a duel and won against him. He is responsible for the master plan for the P.LO.O.P's army. He wanted to fill up the biggest volcano in the Fire Civilization Land with liquid dark P.L.O.O.P. power so that the volcano will burst, causing all the resulting dark P.L.O.O.P. smoke and liquid to spread to the lands of all five civilizations, causing all the creatures will go berserk and destroy the world. Then, the people of the real world will have no choice but ask the P.L.O.O.P. to stop and control these creatures and P.L.O.O.P. will be the only people left to control both the human and creature worlds, so in the end P.L.O.O.P. will rule the world and he will rule P.L.O.O.P. He was also responsible of sending Gatling Skyterror, Rothus, the Traveler, Bolshack Dragon, Billion-Degree Dragon, Magmarex, Armored Blaster Valdios, Armored Walker Urherion and Scarlet Skyterror.
Prince Eugene used to be a dueling champ on Earth and that he even beat Knight. He also exhausted Knight and defeated him with his infinite PLOOP army. After that duel, Prince Eugene went on a journey to the creature world to become the true Kaijudo duelist and when he was given the Amulet deck case and he found that he can control the creatures with it so that one could protect both world and stop the creatures from entering into our world. Then he started finding other Kaijudo duelist he defeated them all and asked Prince Maurice, the Merciless and other to do a research in each land see if he can control more than one creature. Turns out if the amulet deck case are given more dark power they completely turn into Dark Amulet Deck Case and they make creatures berserk and also to control with these new deck cases. He thought that this way he can control both worlds.
In the second duel with Shobu he was defeated. He again dueled Shobu this time with all his P.L.O.O.P. members as well but still in the end he got defeated by Shobu. Then Shobu and his friends finally stopped his plan by sealing all five gates before they were breached by the evil creatures and put a stop to his plan once and for all.
