Ishiguro is a member of the Black Soldiers.

Anime Edit

He was originally a Template contestant who wanted to meet and duel Hakuoh. He defeated all the temple duelist in order to get to Hakuoh but before getting there he has to duel Mikuni. But in the end he lost, even Mikuni accepted that it was tough duel and that he is a strong duelist. Just so that he can get the chance to meet Hakuoh he Joined the Black Soldiers and he finally dueled Hakuoh in the qualifier of Duel Masters Battle Arena Tournament but in the end he still lost to Hakuoh and Hakuoh acknowledges him in the end that he was a strong duelist.
